How does it work?
Membership plans run for a minimum of six months to be able to see and feel the difference in your overall wellbeing. After that, you’re month-to-month. We automatically charge your card on file on the 1st of each month and you can access up to four treatments depending on you membership plan.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you book a treatment with us, we reserve time just for you. If you cancel with short notice or miss your appointment your Kaizen therapist is left without income for that period, therefore cancellations need to be made at least with 24 hours in advance otherwise you will loose the appointment and we will be unable to rebook.

Your privacy is importance to us. Voluntary subscriptions accept to receive our newsletters, polls and surveys. Under no circumstances we divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

In order to cancel a subscription plan, is important to notify Kaizen by email or with a written notice at least 3 weeks prior to the payment due date.

Bookings are available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), except during business closure for holidays.

All appointments are subject to availability.

Membership may not be transferred or shared.

Membership discounts may not be used in conjunction with other discounted packages.

Kaizen reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions of the membership plan upon advance written notice to all members.
